At Sjacti, we pay special attention to preparation and delivery of ice cream, which guarantees the highest quality. Being perishable items, ordinarily, we do not have a return or refund policy, so an order cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after it has been delivered, including a change of mind.
Refund Policy for Incorrect Orders
We aim to maintain accuracy in every order, but we are aware that it is not always possible. If an incorrect flavor is delivered, or the wrong quantity is sent, or an order is delivered that is not at all what was requested, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. In such cases, we will investigate the matter, and if confirmed, a refund will be processed.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
• The order was delivered inaccurately (wrong flavor, wrong quantity, or other).
• The issue was reported at the time of delivery or at least within one hour of receiving the order.
• The product remains untouched and in its original packaging.
Refund Process
In case your refund request is accepted, you will get the refund into your bank account within 7 to 10 working days. Please send an email with your order detail, issue description, and a proof photo to [email protected] to request refunds.
No Refunds for Personal Preferences
As taste and texture preferences vary, we do not offer refunds based on personal dislike of flavors, texture, or sweetness levels. We recommend that customers review the menu wisely before placing an order.
